The Red Lantern
Since November 2008 Coco Tang was a true speakeasy with just a Red Lantern to mark our entrance.
We were one of the first speakeasies to open in the UK in the modern era.
Hong Kong Neons
In 2014 we converted our entrance into a genuine replica of a 1980s Mong Kok alley, which has become an excessively used backdrop to many nights out.
Corner Seating
19th Century reclaimed radiator grills, line the walls around our onyx underlit tables, installed in 2012.
The Cinema Seats
The cinema seats were originally installed in 1929 in the London Savoy, now they have a new home in Coco Tang, paired with antique stained glass tables inset with retro low-voltage lamps.
Ladies Vanity Mirrors
One of our most photographed designs, which is surprising, considering our vanity mirrors were designed and installed before Instagram was invented.
Tropical Roof Garden
Our first floor roof garden is open from 10pm and is a smoking area until late. (it’s also open all day for coffee & food if you wish to enjoy and kick back in the sunshine).
